I still prefer: William Shatner? That's disgusting!

That Chromebook is tiny, but it'd work as a devoted device to do online banking on (their security is good, and if you only use their guest account then all your history gets erased each time). Having a cheap system that you only use for that stuff makes it a lot safer. Not sure how the price compares to normal…
I'm going to miss Tinder Tapout also…I loved how sweet the guys seemed when she actually got to talk to them later. They were usually surprisingly good sports about it.
I tried to tell myself that it was a good thing to be kept out of internet comments this week, but I was worried I wouldn't get my account back.
Is this based on the book? Because I thought the prohibition setting was the best part of the novel Criminal Magic. Maybe it was a cost thing.
Based on the description, maybe? I read a book with the same name by Lee Kelly about magical gangsters (one of whom is really an undercover cop), but it was set during prohibition, so maybe they didn't want to deal with the costume budget and changed that part? You'd think they'd mention it, but the bare bones…
I think maybe it's based off of the book by the same name? In which case, people can use a magical, addictive brew to get high, and the gangsters are basically running speakeasies.
If it's not your thing, then that's fair, but the first book is a lot weaker than the rest of the series.
Me too!
So, does this have any relation to the book by the same name about magical gangsters? Because that was also about a dude who's undercover and a woman with magic, but set during prohibition at a magical speakeasy, and that aspect of the setting was by far the best part of the book. Did they change it because period…
Oh, man, if only he would. Then I could sleep easy tonight and not spend all day tomorrow compulsively refreshing the election results.
I did, but there wasn't a whole lot of local voting to be done. Some really important ballot measures, but almost every race was uncontested.
The whole idea of a doctor who caters to the anti-vaxxer demographic just enrages me. She has to know that it's a dangerously wrong stance to take. Don't people understand how terrible these diseases were/are? (I know: no, they don't, because thanks to vaccines, they've never had polio, or mumps, etc…)
I suppose I can see where you might assume that, but I'm from Jersey - never lived in the Midwest. And, miracle whip is tastier than straight mayo.
I'm more of a tuna melt person than straight up grilled cheese:
I thought that was semi-implied, but he's carrying around a package of powdered donuts, so it's ambiguous.
That threw me too - I was wondering if I'd mis-remembered something. There really aren't that many male characters in A Wrinkle in Time, which is actually sort of nice. Galifianakis isn't really who I picture in the role, in either case.
This is the first year that Massachusetts has these early voting options, and I only heard about it by chance. I'm sort of shocked that they haven't done more to publicize it. You'd think they could buy a couple ads to give people a heads up.
It's also the most effective treatment that a lot of my ex-military friends have found for their PTSD. They're extremely frustrated that more research can't be done on the subject due to it being illegal at the federal level.
Oooh! Thanks!
