This is true. I believe Lucas' actual, reported bit was "there's no lingerie in space."

Oh, yeah, not at all saying I didn't like FONV. I still like the game and will fire it up on a rainy day if I'm in the mood for some sunshine and some killing of motherfuckers, but, I dunno, there's just something about the bleakness of FO3 that I prefer. That said, I much prefer the DLCs for FONV. Old World Blues…
I've heard some shit about the guy, so I'm aware of who he is and all, and Powder is some creepy shit anyway, regardless. But since the only other film of his I've seen is JC2, I mean, I dunno, there's nothing in the film that is creepy, outside the stuff that should be creepy in a flick about a monster from space…
Neither game is actually all that plot-driven (I have spent probably 1500 hours in FONV, and have never finished the main storyline with House. I simply stop caring), but the stakes in FO3 seem a whole lot more personal. Also, I like the DC Wasteland a whole lot more than I do Nevada.
DDO was a great MMO… except for one that bore the name of the world's most popular role-playing game. Why? Because the DDO devs gave the community a total of zero tools with which to role-play. Also, they tried to get cute with their "mini levels" versus "full levels" and somehow thought that saying "There's only…
Unless they changed it by rebalancing classes, the elf bard I had in LOTRO beta was putting entire parties of non-bards to shame with the speed at which I killed tons of things. If that class is still that way, it is the best soloing class I've ever seen.
Even that is nothing like Dungeon Siege, which was basically Diablo with a party.
I don't think any of the "children" in that movie were actually children. Shit, Nicki Aycox, who played the blond girl, was like 32 at the time.
Isn't that Jimmy Buffet?
Which is actually bullshit, because there are plenty of Sith in the pre-CW Star Wars franchise that have remained as Force Ghosts and shit. Exar Kun is one, as was Freedon Nadd.
Which is fucking stupid, because Leia has memories of Padme, as she tells Luke, who doesn't remember her at all. They should not be goddamned twins, Leia should be the older of the two (which is fucked up, considering the character of Leia was, originally, 5 years younger than Luke, being 14 and 19, respectively, in…
When it was originally written, it had been a whole lot longer between the Clone Wars and the age of A New Hope. In earlier drafts, it was posited that people live a *lot* longer than the human norm, and that, although Yoda was fuckin' old at 900, living to 2 or 300 was not uncommon for regular humans.
They weren't in a franchise called "Star Wars". That's why Wild Wild West and Wing Commander are merely regarded as shitty.
No? Millions of people went to see them once, and walked out being disappointed. Then, we went to see the next one, HOPING TO GOD it would be better than the last one. Again, we left disappointed. Then, we went to the third one because, hey, third time's the charm, right? NOPE!
R2 never has a memory wipe… which makes you realize that, throughout the original series, he could have told Luke *everything*.
It's not an opinion, it's objective fact. The majority of people who have seen the prequel films believe they suck.
They have re-done a lot of things in the original series with stuff from the prequels. Hayden Christensen is now ghost-Vader at the end of RotJ, Greedo shoots first in Mos Eisley in ANH, they replaced Palpatine's hologram in ESB with Ian McDiarmid (he played Palpatine in RotJ, but not in ESB), and they redubbed all…
So, wait. No Ahsoka stories? Fuck it, pass. She and Cad Bane are the best two characters to spin out of the entire franchise.
Not really sure, as the law is really unclear, as it's not illegal to have topics of teenage sexuality or anything of the sort, but you're not allowed to depict characters who are under-age in sexually-explicit manners.
Just punning ya on the "hope he drops it" bit.
