Yes, that coroner was so well portrayed & deserved another scene. The actors on this show do such convincing work with some uneven writing and not very believable plotting.

It's almost like they lost a brilliant showrunner!

Autism Spectrum is trendy & this season writers have tended to peg cases to trending topics(immigration, for-profit college loan scams).

So do you think the British series errs in overdeveloping Watson, giving him so many plot lines, focusing so much in his relationship to his wife and developing Mrs. Watson as a character? Fair enough if so, but they are using a broader range of the actors' talents & potential than Elementary's writers have allowed LL.

The series was no different before this year, It had so much more incidental humor, the characters were written more consistently. The reviews were better too!

…er….er…not exactly.

yes, wishful thinking

Your town has a video store? And DOS is famous there?

Missing OG Eddie, who would have been so much more annoying/troubling/interesting when robbed and seated behind a pillar. Even his formerly edgy gf seemed all muted & bland in this episode. The writer seemd more comfortable with the stereotyped Tent character, who could have been in "Leave it to Beaver" or just about

Brilliant review!

How lazy! Real interviewing has some followup, freestyle, and editing to it!

Such generic questions! Wish the writer had actually done some homework & come up with questions based on some familiarity with this particular actor/writer.

Yes, dread her & hope she will at least wear a short curly black wig or something so she doesn't look & act exactly the same as usual. Wish they would have stuck with charismatic unknowns for the second season.

Did not know there were two of them, just thought they showed up in too many shows & always acted the same.

Also a shame they couldn't give her a role where she could show some range, but typecast her as a no nonsense authoritative respected professional woman who shows little emotion even when discussing things she is passionate and distressed out, like the murder of a colleague. Either they typecast her or she really

Why did the nephew do it?

I watched a few "Columbo"s with my Mom & they spent an incredible amount of time fleshing out the guilty person, showing him or her in many scenes with other characters as well as sparring with Columbo. Here we got Sherlock calling the bad guy a sociopath but no real demonstration that he was or any sense of why his

Yes, why the repetitious confrontations in sumptuous corporate offices, not to mention the wasting of usual suspect guest stars?

Plus didn't his father just buy him out of a murder charge?? And wasn't Holmes wracked with guilt over his former drug buddy's death? I think some of the writers haven't seen/read the previous episodes, and never mentioning whether Holmes is harvesting honey is one more clue to that fact.

Sadly I could barely watch her in anything, if she's the fan from "Flight of The Conchords" ? Same for Kirsten Wiig. To me they drag out every beat & scene painfully, much as Fred Armisen tends to do. But I will try for educational purposes if it is showing on CC.
