Roy Thomas was clearly a fan, Dumbledore. All those old Dr.Strange issues of Marvel Premieres were straight out of Lovecraft with those cults and elder beings.

Check out Jason Aaron's Ghost Rider. I think you'll be entertained (and possibly annoyed that your idea saw print elsewhere!)
Jennifer Garner's Elektra was the only incarnation of the character that I've ever liked. She always just seemed like a villain in every other appearance.
It is pretty clear which artist likes drawing the different aspects of this book. Just check out the detail given to some parts of the book but not to others. I personally think Ottley's stuff looks crisper in Invincible.
I haven't seen Creepshow yet, so I need to get around to that.
I'm glad to see that I didn't make that up. I was sure I saw it, but didn't want to ask my wife to rewind the DVR because I was already in trouble from earlier in the episode.
This isn't going to hold up as well as I remember, will it?
Would you stop rubbing your body up against mine? I can't concentrate when you do that!
"You will come out no more!"
I just love Pootie's most recent hit song. The chorus in particular is sublime.
Da Fug?
Agreed. Monster is a bit uneven, but overall pretty darn entertaining. It has a special place in my heart as a core CD from my college years.
JVS, Return of Sinister Six is a classic. Even if it did have Doc Ock beating the crap out of the Hulk.
I think Kelley Jones is the long-ear artist in question. Jones' art used to bother me as a kid, but I've come around and I love it now.
I'm not a fan of Liefeld's stuff like I used to be, but I have to give him credit for coming up with neat ideas. Deadpool, Cable, X-Force and the rest all have many problems, but they have core design ideas that work well.
knuckles, same here. I used to try and take off from the aircraft carrier, but I'd feel guilty if a gunner would hop in the plane and I'd quickly kill us both by ditching into the ocean. Oh well.
JVS, the Steampunk comic was not so good, wouldn't you agree? Bachalo's art was confusing and muddled, as it sometimes gets when he has too much time, and it was bad Joe Kelly, which meant things kind of wandered and had no end. I gave that book around a year and dropped it not knowing what happened.
I don't think I hate these quite as much as you guys. It makes me laugh that I can dig The Rock as much as I do, yet hate most of Bay's other work.
Crimewave is a lost classic. There is a lot to love in that flick.
I'm pretty sure I saw Zabu in one of the previews.
