Props for editing down the clumsiness of Pratt's "Blah blah blah? Well, you shouldn't have gone and done that." line from the original trailer.

Yeah, but they'll do like an ep from 2005, then 2004, then 2005, stuff like that… it's kinda tethered to the era (with a 2-3 year radius), but slowly moving backwards.
Although I would probably watch Sabotage if I catch it on TV.
I really could see Brooks doing it. They'd probably have a good rapport, but Brooks is just a step above Maron's generation. Kinda more in the David Brenner, Steve Martin, Flip Wilson kinda groove.
Episode 1,000.
I wish I could watch that special again.
I make a fun game of trying to guess what the original music in The State sketch was, based on the bland recreation.
The math never added up anyway.
19 day marathon, even if they are cut down to an hour, that's like a season for a little over one day, and…. 39 seasons.
Mike Myers did some great deadpan that night.
Not exactly a no-namer, but I'm always weirded out that Julia Sweeney is in Pulp Fiction. I think she and QT were dating at the time.
Letterman is too short.
Leno is too tall.
And Rich Little as Carson is absurd.
Haha, I was watching "The Late Shift" the other night. John Michael Higgins does a pretty good Letterman. It's still a really stupid movie.
My favorite obscure person is Melanie Hutsell or whatever. I think she was a mainstay on that stupid Gap store employee sketch with Spade and Sandler dressed up as women.
They based the character of Brooks from Shawshank on Whelan.
I'll still watch, but these specials are so boiler-plate, in terms of just trotting out 80 percent of the same sketches as the last 5-year special.
I almost wish Lorne let him do that, because it would just look so bad for Chevy in hindsight.
It's most likely stripping the music and any sketch that would necessitate paying some kind of extra royalties.
Grace has that cut he made of the Star Wars prequels, so at least he's sort of a normal dude. He just tried to embark upon a movie career.
So is this similar to the 30th, 35th anniversary thing?
They just show clips of Bass-o-Matic and Coneheads and landshark?
With Brad Hall?
