The bit about Wright still getting the fear sometimes killed me. "'How did I get myself in this situation?' This is 28 years in."

Was that a quizzibuck?

"Marcia Cross unhinged her jaw and swallowed him whole."

Eh, in the comic, it made sort of sense. After Romulus goes kaboom, Nero takes his ship to a Romulan base where they were hoarding experimental weapons or something, and that included some Borg stuff they scavenged, which they then attached to the mining ship.

No! No, I won't have that! There's a monster gimmick in Eastbourne…

I LOVE the shocked looks and audible (audible!) gasps. The fat guy is commonly the one doing this, but they all have at some point, I think.

Our gym teacher beat up a kid in class. As a class, we were conflicted, because it was wrong for an adult to fight a kid, but the kid was an asshole.

No. I just watched the whole series, finishing up about a month ago. It's the perfect ending. If the show hadn't veered into more absurd territory in the last couple of seasons, I would agree that it's a bad finale. But it fits in perfectly otherwise.

I'm dreading the final episode review, an episode that is (unfairly) maligned to begin with.

…Wait. The fellow with murder in his heart identified as a conservative (relatively). Now, if I were the type to paint large groups of people with a large brush, I could imply all sorts of things about conservatives, couldn't I?

Or it could be that it's an interesting, real-life story that catches the attention of millions of people for various reasons, and putting it out in an election season is a good way to capitalize on the general interest in politics right now…Nah, that's crazy.

I see what you wrote there.

They fix the cable?

Yeah, totally gross.

That's perverse.

I'm Gene and so can you.

And fills that house with furniture and state-of-the-art electronics, and sometimes even pay off the homeowner's mortgages.

I'm Gene.

Nobody's going to believe his conspiracy theory if he discredits them with obvious falsehoods such as, "The White House used to be, everybody looked up at the White House and America and everything…"

CDs are people too, my friend.
