First I thought this joke would work better if you phrased it the other way around. But I am not so sure, right now. It's an interesting approach.

No, even Elijah was insufferable.

But what if Marcel sired all of them…then they have to be loyal to the death.
Let's pretend for a second that he could possibly sire them all. It was established that a sire bond is the exception, not the rule. Then again, the guy has some mojo against witches…who knows.

That "sire-line garbage" is your idea, though. It's actually worse. Every vampire they ever made will die when the maker dies. Unless they rolled back that rule at some point and I didn't catch it?

I like season 1-3 more than 4 and 5…strange how that goes.

Don't worry, it will be revealed that Klaus and Elijah stepped into an alternate universe New Orleans. The witches did it.

Oh right, the music…
That was crap. As usual, though. It would be nice if they change the style in the actual show.

Now…what would be worse? It was a fantastic idea when they first made up the curse, but repeating that concept would retroactively sink that, too.

Klaus is only immortal for as long as they made up the next thing that can kill him. Which I suspect is going to be that damn child.

You have to give them some time to break out the flashbacks of him and Marcel being BFFs in late-19th (early-20th?) century New Orleans.

I would have no problem with this show if Klaus remains the same bastard he has always been (not that he didn't have his "good" moments). Why does everyone need (anti-)heroes as protagonists? Let's try something else for a change!

I am starting to get tired of Elijah's moralizing and preaching and fawning over Katherine (and her returning the favor…wtf??). I can only imagine how bad it would be if he were the lead…

Let me call bullshit on your little excursion to spotting sexism over in point B…everyone on this show is half of a pairing. Also triangles and squares. It's a relationship (and especially family) drama with vampires and werewolves.

Oh, Tonkin was an all three shows?
I like her, especially for that weird accent.

Yes, this was quite horrible. Everyone was analyzing themselves, like late-season House. This episode almost ruined Klaus, Elijah and Katherine. You know, this makes absolutely no sense…this was not a pilot for a new show. This took the regular spot of an episode of TVD. We know those characters. That doesn't qualify

The beer toss…the hair…the montage…Sam's choice of tie for the FBI suit…DJINNifer…super-soldier vampires…
And then "I love you" followed by The Hug.

After that first episode with Felicia Day I never thought I would say this, but…I agree. Liked both episodes a lot.

I said it before and I'll say it again, the MOL batcave is the best thing this season. Every scene set in there is automatically a step up from whatever else is in the episode. The beer toss was hilarious.

Jensen Ackles sucked on Smallville. Then again, who didn't?

Ah, but he blew it, because he said "That's why we don't have nice things."
