Yeah, that sudden awakening didn't make sense to me, if she is really going to be fine. So I guess either of two things:
1. It might have been a hallucination. Gary was telling himself to go help Rosen. As a parallel to Rosen and Danni. Seems kind of out-of-nowhere, though. You could say Gary is in shock, but it's not

What Brainlock said. And then…
Actually, there was a map with dots all over the place that we saw several times and Hicks also pointed out that whatever Parrish was planning on doing, it was global.
He was shipping the strobe thingies all over the Earth.

She is not as fake as she is pretty much everywhere else. I think this might be her best role ever played.

I guess it's that early POI that I cannot sit through. Honestly don't remember much of anything during those four or five episodes I watched. I only remember thinking that I would rather turn it off…

"I have no experience or interest in LOST [never saw an episode after the first], so I have no knowledge of Mark Pellegrino"
You say that like the second part of that sentence is supposed to be a consequence of the first part. Pellegrino is in every other show these days.

Season 1 wasn't silly? Honest question, because I didn't watch much of it. I am catching up with season 2 and liking almost everything, so far. I get the impression the show is pretty much a cartoon, so I just roll with these crazy setups.

Don't you think that's what you got? Unless you wanted that literally.

This was the first basically-procedural episode I really liked, out of the five I had seen in s1 (when I quit) and the three up to this point in s2. They kept audience-surrogate exposition to a minimum, it was funny and the case was interesting.

The point was that Reese had to enter her life in a non-suspicious fashion. Bumping into her might work, but I guess Finch doesn't have the highest confidence in Reese's  pick-up talk skills. Add to this the fact that Finch obviously got a kick out of chatting her up.

While I would say there is a difference between euthanizing and killing…I guess for Parish there wasn't much of one and it's a nifty comparison. She was "sick" in his twisted POV.
