It's neither confirmed that she sent the thug nor that she implied the rape. But we all know it's true.

I believe it was "For those of you keeping score at home, that's impossible". Yes, that was awful…but didn't Hurley do this time and again on Lost? Garcia also represented the audience in that show.

While Abrams does have a say, dialogue is done by writers. I don't see a connection. But I don't know that much about the business.
Taking Fringe, it used to be horribly written for the procedural elements (I mentioned "hora" in another thread), but is solid these days. The non-procedural elements are often times

There's no law that says there is time travel involved, either.

You are right, it was part of the address. And it happens to be Abrams' favorite number he puts in all of the shows and movies by him, that I've seen. Didn't expect them to motivate that any further.

Are you implying that Olivia is not "hot as fuck"?

Something along those lines. I believe Hauser is recreating the dynamic back on Alcatraz in order to look for something. Putting them back in the same place will spike some of the interactions there used to be among them. I imagine something like solving a whodunnit by bringing back as many of the old players as

Remember when everyone was complaining that Anna Torv was a wet blanket? Like the life was sucked out of her? And she was seriously bland? And impossible to have any fun with?

I get that Disqus screwed you over, but how did you manage to get this posted in multiple threads?

After two episodes (airing right after each other), it's hard to take this comment seriously. Give it two more, maybe?

Guess what? Lost sounded like Alias. Fringe sounded (and still sounds) like Lost. Yes, Fringe has its own theme. But the violins-dropping-off-a-cliff cues are there, just as they have been in Lost. It's Giacchino's style.

Sentient machines in this day and age…that doesn't sound like a twist to me.  Something like that was on my mind when I watched the first couple episodes. But even so, I doubt they will abandon the machine any time soon. I just don't like Caviezel and his damn mumbling.
Alcatraz was far more enjoyable in those two

"Yeah, I got a little bit of flesh on my (heavy) bones these days. You might think I never had a chance…only that's not what happened. Not at all. You don't understand. I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am. I used to almost make it to the pros …but

Parilla was a lot better the past weeks, I'd say. In the fairybacks she is consistently bad, though.
Like someone said, the girl in this episode played young Olivia Dunham and certainly wasn't bad there. Here I hated her guts.
Yeah, I blame the script and maybe some of the directors.

I sort of defend this show and even I was settling on a D, right away. This episode had everything that's bad in OUAT and somehow made each of that a little bit worse.

"
(remember that arc about imaginary Lucifer torturing Sam that was just forgotten outside previews for some reason) "
What are you talking about? The arc was not forgotten. They have shown Sam several times looking at his hand, referencing how, with Dean's help, he figured out how to keep Lucifer away aka keep himself

Favorite line of the episode in this exchange:
Real Emily: "Serious?"
Jack: "Like the heart attack that killed my dad."

Yeah, exactly. For what it is, this was a good episode, I rate it B as well. For once, I really liked Lana Parilla's acting. Even Henry was almost bearable. And Rumple's son  cannot be compared to the abominable Henry…I think he did a good job and I kept thinking that he should be Henry. Carlyle can't do wrong, it

This episode was pretty bad, only saved by character-related material, which, although not fresh at all, had a slightly different feel to it.

You have to face the pain some time. I used to save the best for later, but I'm starting to move away from that, because there is enough good stuff around.
But if you appreciate whimsy as you say, Doctor Who it is.
