I agree with your point re: GoT. It's a pretty, well-acted show, but I don't find it complex at all, and the notion that it is baffles me.

I'm not sure the kind of yeast you're working with. Generally,I use compressed fresh yeast (50 gr - this is equivalent to 10 gr dry yeast), 4 sp warm milk, 1 sp sugar. Dissolve sugar in milk (no sugar grains left, as they inhibit yeast's growth), and then dissolve the cube there. Cover with plastic bag or something
