Generally, I liked this episode.
That was intentional. The scenario was mean to be ambiguous so the viewer can draw their own conclusions. (i.e. have their own bias confirmed) You could argue that the fact that Rene had to take time to get his gun out of the safe instead of just having it on him killed his wife (Rene's apparent belief) or that if he…
The whole point of this episode is that there aren't any quick fixes or resolutions to this issue.
this idea that Laurel was the conscience of the group and the one who challenged people to be better… well, I don’t think it’s wrong, exactly…
I don't know what they're talking about saying Katie Cassidy was a more lively presence here than on Arrow. She gave the same deadpan, rushed delivery she always does. The only difference is she seemed to be doing a bad impression of Danielle Panabaker's purry Killer Frost voice while doing it.

In other words, like an attempt to hate on Olicity. And that's coming from a fan who is still hoping for an Oliver/Sara romance in Season 5. I'm not sure if there's a term for that.
It's being downvoted with an F by all the Laurel fans who may have stopped watching the show but are determined to ruin it for the rest of us.
