Watching April talk to Ellis makes me want to do unspeakable things to her. And have her do unspeakable things to me.

How did Fall Out Boy's "You're Crashing But You're No Wave" not make it on the list?

I saw that too. Pissed me off a little bit because what made the scene so funny in the first place was the use of the word retard. Now, I realize that word can be offensive, but surely there's some wiggle room when using it for comedy, particularly if it's not used in reference to an actual, specific,…

yeah im also inclined to think that molly has something to do with sherlock faking his death, especially since her storyline goes unresolved and also given that she has a huge crush on sherlock even though (or possibly because) he's a huge dick to her

made me think she'd be awesome with a wii
great song! dude's voice reminds me of the black keys, which is a plus in my book.
@avclub-ddd0a5979438504ad7e90b58b908111b:disqus I'd agree that I don't want to see him overused (as in every episode), but I'd like to see him just a bit more frequently.
Relatively speaking, their new stuff is somewhat bland. I still think Some Nights is one of the better power pop albums of the past couple years.
"One Foot" is also a pretty weak single. I'm not sure why they didn't go with "Stars" or "All Alright."
Since fun. was mentioned, I may as well join in and add my two cents worth: To me, it seems like "We Are Young" is really two songs in one. You have the chorus, which is epic in its epicness, and then you have the verses, which are generally depressing. It's quite a juxtaposition, which is probably why it works.…
I may be remembering one of the outtakes, which were also, as @avclub-ae1846aa63a2c9a5b1d528b1a1d507f7:disqus noted, rather funny as well.
Their DVD release was maddening to me, because I picked up the show during the first season. After the second season, I kept waiting for the DVD release, hoping to get it as a Christmas present. I didn't see it in stores until January, about two weeks before the third season started. As soon as I bought it, I gave…
Maybe it's just recency bias, but I think that this is the best episode of the season so far. Shawn and Gus were hilarious together (the boat scene, the scene where the fight over the sword, and the scene were the will is read were all hilarious). Plus, there's Cary Elwes as the ever-charming Despereaux (frankly, I…
Yeah, the whole "not controlling his bowels during intercourse" line was really filthy, and made me laugh for about minute. There were a couple other lines as well, but the aforementioned one stands out the most to me.
I hope I'm not the only one who wants to see more of Woody as the series goes on. His appearances, though usually brief, have enough surrealism to make laugh every time.
