How easy is it to be a movie company executive at this point?  You basically go through lists of old movies to remake and occasionally buy the rights to a young adult novel or comic book.

So how exactly does villain licensing work for these things?  I get that one company has the X-Men, and another Spiderman, and then another the Avengers, but what about villains that have appeared in more than one comic (i.e. HYDRA)?  Do the contracts already say what villains each company gets?

This is how a network ends, not with a bang, but with The Munsterz.
