He sounds like a cat trying to claw its way out of a handbag.

I interviewed John Byrne back when I was a journalist. He was a total arsehole. I went in a fan, and came out thinking, fuck that guy.

Or 'Handschuhschneeballwerfer'.

I was told by Anne Coates, who (brilliantly) edited the film, that Lopez was constantly feeling 'like it was all somewhat beneath her'*. You know, what with her being such a megastar and all. Apparently she made Clooney feel like he should be grateful to have had her as his co-star. She told me this in 2004, and it

Isn't it great? It's the only show to make me cry at a title sequence (the sixth episode).

The Transfiguration was in Cannes last year, not this year.

It's honestly one of the best productions of a modern classic I've ever seen. Staunton was a force of nature (how she could deliver that pitch night after night is beyond me), and Hill was right up there with her, every step of the way.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have seen Conleth Hill play opposite Imelda Staunton in a production of 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf' in London a few months ago. My god, that man is a superb actor.

I recommend you use the remaining time to watch 'Flowers', because it's absolutely fantastic. 'Fleabag' got all the critical love and attention last year—and not undeservedly. But this series shouldn't be nearly as overlooked as it is.

That attitude won't win you any friends in Neukölln, Chode.

This fucking idiot.

Watching 'Legion' and then watching the trailer for this feels like watching current-era TV, and an episode of 'Knight Rider'.

You would have to be at least mildly autistic to do this kind of thing. So, charitably, I'll call it a compulsion.

You and me both, Mr. Mellotron. I think it's an absolutely terrific album.

The only good song Sleigh Bells ever recorded? 'Hyper Dark' is terrific.

It's not good. But the cutting in that opera house sequence is little short of breathtaking.

Definitely one of the funniest and sharpest improvisers around. Gabrus's breadth of knowledge and range of references constantly astonishes me.
