I feel a little bad about laughing at her, because obviously she skipped right over the "Spanish translation" bit, probably due to nerves.

It's not so much as getting married where slaves lived and died brutally as much as getting married in a monument to slaves living and dying brutally.

Listening to the new Slowdive album right now and it sounds great… although I'm half-expecting it to be my least favorite album by them, but given how much I like the other three, that's not really a problem.

I just noticed that Obama's black. Weird.

Can I interest you in joining "Le Club Marine Le Pen Quinze?"

If you'll recall, at Obama's "beer summit" there was outrage when it was reported Obama was drinking Blue Moon, since it was produced by the foreign-owned Miller-Coors.

Honestly, "Song made famous by a 1942 movie" is I really needed, the rest was distraction. I've heard those piano notes over the WB logo plenty of times and never associated that it was "As Time Goes By".

Upvoted for having the same name as the object of ridicule.

Looks like this guy's watching all of Treme this month!

As in, "pee-pee soaked heckhole".
