No joke, I signed up for the $5 premium last night.

Trump seems to read the "failing" New York Times on a daily basis. They should troll him by having a daily/weekly feature on the front page titled "Lies the President recently told." That will make him go bananas.
Since the election. I've been reading Jacobin more and started listening to Chapo Trap House. I think I'm developing into some stereotype that blogs will make fun of by mid-2017.
No, but really guys, the regular comparisons of this election by liberals to Harry Potter is weird.
The reason that I was still worried about the Access Hollywood tapes was that it came too soon. If it came after the third debate, it might've been over for Trump. Alas, it seems as if our electorate has the attention span of two weeks on any major issue.
Yeah, I think I'm gonna be off the Internet for the next 15 hours or so, with the exception of e-mail. I don't think I can handle all of the pre-results noise. See you all again in what will hopefully be a tranquil mood!
The first votes of the election have been tallied in Dixville Notch, NH.
Panic and grief does tend to drive up comment count here (see: Harmon's firing, NBC cancellation).
Hopefully, he will go on a psychotic breakdown and spend the rest of his days trying magic spells to convert yard signs into voters.
I sent a tweet to Bill Mitchell today saying that Trump is gonna win Illinois because I talked to ten Democrats in Chicago saying that they'll vote for him (I didn't). If he takes the bait, then God does exist.
The Times front page the day after the Comey letter featured 22 articles about the letter.
A couple of polls today showed Ohio being too-close-to-call, which shows that Clinton's internal numbers were strong enough to justify her campaigning there over the weekend. If it's really that close, then I think her ground game could actually be enough to carry the state.
Egg or sausage?
On a slow polling day, Clinton's polls-only chances improved 0.3% on FiveThirtyEight to 64.7%. After consecutive days of 2-4% drops in her chances, I will take it.
Just so everyone is up to date:
I. Have. An. 8 a.m. Exam. Tomorrow.
This means the end for "U.S. Cellular Field," which means the end of people calling it "The Cell." Personally, I liked that nickname and I thought it matched the identity of the team. Also, it was better than the annoying fans who still called it "Comiskey Park."
I have to study for an exam tonight. Keep in mind: I'm studying college in Illinois. Majority of my classmates are Cubs fans for sure.
