You can submit any 2014 song you wish. Also, you are allowed to place a mid-2013 single if it gained popularity in 2014 (ex: Rolling in the Deep is okay on 2011 lists despite being released in 2010). That said, you may want to place an asterisk over the single so I can evaluate whether it is okay to include it.

Yeah, 30 Rock did such a great job mocking NBC, there's no point in making original jokes of our own. Have you watched the final season yet? That's probably when their did the best job.

I'm six episodes into Black-ish, and it's a good show! The cast is great and the writing is often sharp and funny. It's probably my favorite new ABC show since Happy Endings was cancelled (note: I have not seen Galavant).

I just came back home after watching Leviathan. That movie is one you would very much expect from a modern Russian reworking of the Book of Job. Also, vodka is to this movie as marijuana is to Inherent Vice.

TCM is a great channel for many reasons, but one thing which I really love about it in particular are those documentary shorts from the '40s and '50s that they air between features. As a time capsule of that era, I find them fascinating to watch, from the Cold War propaganda to the technicolor travelogues.
