Plus, I never got why people always rag on Hardcore Hustle. The beat is great, and I like Wildchild's slightly clipped and arrhythmic delivery. Plus, it only lasts for 82 seconds anyway.

Well shit, I guess I'm going to have to sit down and listen to this thing start to finish now.
Have you heard Vaudeville Villain? That to me is a close second to Madvillainy.
Either way, Colorado really seems to dig artists from New Zealand, for some reason.
My thoughts exactly. Isn't the whole point of the show the intense focus on these two main characters?
Nope.
Seconded! Although Odelay, MV and Sea Change all come pretty close.
Man, I can't wait to hear this. I mean, I could download or stream it right now, but for some reason I'm being old-fashioned and waiting for my CD to arrive in the mail. (Plus, I've got new Beck to keep me going.)
I wouldn't even include the last two in a list, they're not really cohesive albums like the others are. I enjoy Stereopathetic, but it's more just a collage of his early recordings. Golden Feelings doesn't do much for me, apart from the tracks he wisely decided to re-use as Mellow Gold b-sides.
I personally loved Modern Guilt, though I could see why some people might find it a bit lightweight or forgettable. For me, The Information is his weakest album, although I actually like the sound he was going for on there - it's just in need of some judicious editing.
Apparently he did have a whole album of that kind of stuff, which ended up falling by the wayside. I dug all three of those standalone singles he released (Defriended, I Won't Be Long and Gimme).
At least, I think her name's Debra.
I was amazed to find out a few years ago that this was a thing at all. In New Zealand, swearing and boobs are fine on network TV after a certain time. This whole phenomenon of discovering the 'real' versions of films in later life is completely foreign to me. Is the US really that prudish?
After watching several on the Tumblr, it turns out they all do!
They really need to cover Sparks' Hospitality on Parade.
And let's not forget Arabian Nights, which features such classic lines as "Gettin' smacked up by unemployed hand models" and "Flexing like suburban Spartacus."
And please, please, please, no shitty 'pussy-whipped' jokes. Honestly. Let's just nip that one in the bud.
Wow, Russia's really on a roll at the moment.
Twin Cinema's definitely my favourite, but Challengers does have Mutiny, I Promise, which is possibly my favourite NPs track.
Twin Cinema's probably my favourite too - every track is an absolute gem. But then, all their albums are fantastic.
