I can't wait to check out more of these. The track posted above goes beyond 'hey, that's clever' into something that actually has decent replay value.

It was indeed an excellent book, I remember poring over the pages so much I almost had them memorised. I really want to go dig that one out of whatever box it's in right now…

Mac's excitement at ordering ginger ale was genuinely touching.

I'm pretty sure the Devil's Avocation was being tongue-in-cheek, but I think it needs to be pointed out nonetheless: "free speech" is the not the same as "saying what you want without consequences". And it certainly doesn't mean "saying what you want without your views being challenged". Seems too many people are

I got it. High-five!

I've been thinking for a while that "great album, terrible song" would make a great Inventory, although I have a sneaking suspicion that these guys have already done this. Am I wrong?

Yeah, it's brilliant. I have a real urge to go and watch it with the commentary again now…

Yeah, best thread ever.

Reason #453,100: Bucket fountain. 'nuff said.

Yeah, this is pretty embarrassing. But I'm still hoping to drunkenly run into Martin Freeman on Cuba St. one night - that would make it all worth it.

This thread is fantastic. This concept of 'woods porn' extends as far as New Zealand, by the way. Today's youngsters will never understand the thrill of finding such things, what with all the porn they need at their fingertips.

I'm jump in on that - fantastic track. Smokin' hot video, too.

Yeah, most of Lil Jon's music is terrible, but every now and then he hits on something gold - 'Yeah' being the best example (plus let's not forget Ludacris calling Usher 'Ursher'). Another track I'd highly recommend checking out is 'Uhh Ohh' - it's so unbelievably stupid that it's awesome.

wolfmansRazor: I heartily approve of the above quote.

Going back to the Corrs, I'd push the brother out of the room, bend them over, and do the drummer, the singer, and that one who plays violin…

I thought ACT were too busy imploding to notice the outside world?

"My specialty is the diagram showing a hand pressing down on the toast carriage lever, lowering the untoasted bread to its golden-brown fate."

Damn. You may not dig Kaufman's films, but claiming people who do are just fawning idiots who find meaning in nothing is just plain stupid.

Oh yeah, and the old-people-acting-like-teenagers thing has gone beyond unfunny. Man, I can't believe how played out that gag is.

Yeah, I was not a fan of this episode at all. The laughs weren't there and the emotional stuff didn't resonate. The scene with all the humbling made me cringe. I almost watched it with my brother, and it would've been the first episode he'd seen. Very glad I didn't.
