Why do you want "Mad World" to die?

No one would argue that.
The "phony" rate-yourself scene in The Way Way Back actually happened to Jim Rash as a child.
Will we get an actual review of the (awful awful) second movie? I was very disappointed when the first movie got that weird live-tweeting treatment instead of a proper review.
I'm glad she loves the show and all, but blind allegiance isn't an admirable quality in a critic. Some of these episodes, a B- would be charitable.
Bowman would give a silent episode a minimum of a B+. For it would be an episode of HIMYM and that's the only bar any episode needs to clear.
Ouhlt.
The Logan twist was part of the problem. It was their usual "Here's
something that doesn't really make sense or jibe with anything we know, but tell me your face isn't melted clean off right now."
If I live to be 100, I will never understand what it was people saw in the fifth season of 24. They did the same goofy crap and hit the same familiar beats they always had, there was just more of a death toll. Which wasn't a good thing because killing off 4 or 5 good characters isn't a plus when you don't replace them…
Are the CHEERS reviews 100% dunzo or can we expect them back at some point?
My one beef with "Je Souhaite" is this: Mulder gets three wishes and it doesn't even occur to him to either wish for incontrovertible proof of alien life or to wish away the invasion he knows is coming? Come on.
The extra D is silent.

Why do you guys always capitalize the "and" in the title? That's so weird.

No, your memory works better than VanDerWerff's. There's not one good nor memorable episode in Season 8. Even Season 7 had a handful of decent episodes, near the beginning. I can't wait to hear what these "chances" that the writers took were supposed to be.

This episode receiving a B- would have been appallingly overgenerous. What's the matter with you?
