That's what you get for trying to save the children.

I have to admit that I had no clue who these guys were.  So if Morgan Spurlock has taught me anything, it's that boy bands still exist and one of them is called One Direction.

Still not as bad as most Black Eyed Peas songs.

The strings on Janelle Monae's Neon Valley Street also remind me of the beginning of a Bond song, but the rest of the track is too relaxed to really fit.  But it does give me some hope that they will one day choose Monae to record for a future Bond movie.

I see the confusion, since all of the Bond titles somehow sound the same to me as well.  But Neurozach is right.  You're thinking of "The World is Not Enough," which, to be perfectly honest, I only remember Denise Richards's terrible line reading (I believe she's a nuclear physicist in the movie).  So, at least she

Tomorrow Never Dies is criminally underrated.  It has some of the best actions sequences of all the Bonds, and I actually think it's better than Goldeneye.

This would only work if Bruce Wayne refuses to shave the stache in the movie version.

I think Miller was a little more self aware back in the day.  While the comic does, at times, valorize fascistic violence, there are also plenty of moments that complete our acceptance of this violence.  The politics of the book are a little schizophrenic, but that's also why it's still interesting decades later.
