Law school is 3 years. If he has a real law degree, it's not in Adrian Chase's name.

This same sentiment is shared in a piece by Albert Ching for CBR:
Ra's al Ghul died in the Season 3 finale. Talia agreed to train Adrian Chase because by that point Oliver had killed both their fathers.
His cameo in Cosmic Calendar Girls was quite unexpected.
Did they do ANY background checks? I mean, I can understand if his law degree is a fake, but did "Adrian Chase" become the District Attorney of Star<stike>ling City with less than a year's worth of experience as an attorney?
Except he spent much of that time with Talia, and made his debut as Prometheus several months ago. Are we certain Agent Carter isn't the black sheep of the MCU?
Oded Fehr is an Israeli actor whose family is from Germany and the Netherlands. He is just as white as Cumberbatch.
because they had to accommodate a lot more actors' schedules
Noah Hawley calls Legion a superhero show, so I'll go with what he says.
Possibly, but let's not forget that the casting of Chiwetel Ejiofor in The Martian was criticized as whitewashing.
It seemed mostly unnecessary to me because:
