I even saw some "Not as good as I thought it'd be" reactions. WHAT?

How many Jesus gimmick accounts do we have?

Maybe it's based on a true story that was truely told? As in, the writer actually told this story in his pitch thus that someone told this story is true?

Like by killing the villain at the end and shrugging it off as being dealt with in a whole other narrative.

That would be just about the greatest thing they could do.

I was honestly googling "Michael Williams Batman" and various things until I went "Oh… shit. I know what he's talking about" and felt like an idiot.

Poor, poor Pacific Rim. Watching the mental gymnastics of people on other sites trying to convince themselves it's "doing amazing" is somewhat amusing if sad.

@sdelmonte:disqus It will almost certainly be that. It will probably be a way for RDJ to exit the series (at least as a person who does solo films).

You had me thinking I had missed a TV Version of Gotham Central starring Michael K. Williams as Batman.

Thin Red Line-era Nick Nolte probably could've done it well.

So much abs in the pivotal sex scene. So much.

Handing the keys to the kingdom to fucking Zach Snyder and Goyer does not change that image though.

Batman vs Superman fights have always been the worst sort of fan-wank.

Hey, Rorschach!

I'm impressed that you think this won't be underwhelming.

That would be the dumbest fucking movie.

Yeah, the Avengers one feels like that too since it's also going to have nothing to do with comic Ultron (which, I suppose, is both good and bad). I guess it comes with the territory at this point, especially at Comic-Con.

I wish they would do it just so we could see the internet foam at the mouth.

I wish Idris Elba was younger so he could fit. Though, he'd make an awesome John Stewart.

Benedict Cumberbatch?
