I have a lot of family members who love Notre Dame so I've been avoiding celebrating on Facebook for this reason.

This weekend was the most excited I've EVER been about college football and I'm 7000+ miles away from my team! Northwestern!!!!!!!!

There's an entire series devoted to Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews settling down with Kristen Stewart. It's a feat, honestly.

I think there's something so fascinating about the way real living people are turned into characters, but it gets even more interesting with athletes. There's something so constructed about the storylines and narratives that pop up around teams each year, and it gives people a hero, a villain, and a tale to grab onto.

All hail Disqus and his glorious new regime! Sincerely, little girl.

also why won't my icon change i even changed it on disqus i just want an identity :(

I ended up watching The Orphanage on a whim because my friends recommended it and man, that movie messed with me. I wasn't expecting to go so emotionally involved by the end. Definitely go see it if you haven't.

Reply 1997! It's my absolute favorite.

also how the hell do i edit my profile so i don't look like some anonymous creep who comes here to comment on kpop and a war miniseries every month or so

Honestly, I would put A Pink in over Crayon Pop as the new "in vogue" group, especially with the success of Mr. Chu and No No No last year. I love Crayon Pop and Bar Bar Bar was incredibly huge, but Uh Ee didn't really have that much of an impact (especially with the ferry tragedy immediately following it.) I

I thought he did a pretty fantastic job with the character, especially as the series goes on and you learn more about Nixon's life outside the war.
