"He did all the flowers for his wedding…..like straight men do." Could not have been a more perfectly delivered line.
I'm SO GLAD I'm not the only person annoyed by this detail. But if they set it in Chicago, they would still film it in L.A., which would just further annoy the hell out of me since it's always really obvious when shitty TV shows try to pass L.A. off as my Chicago.
I saw "There's Something About Mary" while sitting next to a kid who was maybe four. He laughed the hardest at the cock-in-the-zipper scene, but didn't appear to understand the semen-in-the-hair scene. Either that, or he was smart enough to not find it funny.

I want to go to there.
I fucking love The Mouse and the Motorcycle. Always have. Always will.
When Phil said "broken," I wanted to kick him in the nuts. That is a horrible way to view your daughter. I've always loved his character best, but jeebus, dude, "broken?"
"Bastards of Young" - Replacements - THE greatest 80s tune.
Ben is intensely awkward about *everything* and I find it charming. He's pretty much my Dream Nerd Boyfriend. But I fear he's also at risk of becoming the boy version of Zoey Deschenel. That would suck.
