How can this review be both elitist AND populist?

Can't be that much more cumbersome or uncomfortable than fighting crime in a leotard and cape.
I've regarded All-Star Western like Neil Young - never really gotten into them, but always impressed how they do their own thing doggedly and persistently in contrast to everything else. If Comixology ever do a big ol' Graymiotti's Jonah Hex sale, I'll be sure to take advantage of it.
You are my new favourite, Talky Tina.
Oliver Sava has a Tumblr page. It doesn't prove anything about the quality of their work.
I'm really hoping they'll both defy expectations and release a funk/disco album.
It's when he went full avant-garde, especially on "The Cockfighter" and "Bolivia '95". I don't know what else you'd call it.
Let's see, tone-deaf to sarcasm, relentless hate-boner for Ebert, defending B-movies, championing of "the majority" view, accusing all who disagree with him as being "elitist" and with heads stuck up arses…yeah, hi Chris Conley. Good to see you again, mate.
I am just so glad you're back.
I swear to God, dude, you use the word "hipster" so much in your comments I keep thinking you're a Pokémon.
As people have been saying, Kamala is sticking around with her own solo title for the foreseeable future; this book has been selling like mad. Simon Baz just kinda got lost in the shuffle. He's not headlining the main Green Lantern book any more, and last I heard he was in JLA, but with the upcoming change to Canada…
He's also now the President of the Fan Club, if he ever gets round to starting it.
Mick Anglo didn't own the rights to Marvelman/Miracleman and saw no royalties, not that anyone told Moore at the time he was working on it. As I understand it, if he knew about the rights situation now, he would never have gotten involved.
I love Ratatouille. It's about trying to create something great even when the odds are against you. I'm a writing student; it speaks to me.
On a technical level, yeah, but story? Characters? The things films are actually about? I kinda doubt it.
It's healthy for kids to watch an equal amount of quality films and crap films - dictating to your child what's good and what's bad is just going to drive them further away from watching or reading anything at all - but there needs to be at least some effort put into it. Making lazy cheap movies because "kids are…
Y'know, you said you were joking earlier about calling someone Chris Conley, but your comments and replies have been so earnest, I don't think you know what humour is, Chris.
Says the guy who called WALL-E and Up shite. Apparently it's OK to mock someone's hard work if you don't like it, eh Chris?
OK, Chris. I didn't like his review of The Raid either.
Telling porky pies isn't a good idea, Chris.
