jamesaction, all big live albums from that era have massive crowd overdubs (see also KISS Alive). Still doesn't take away from the fact that it was a great set and a shit load of fun.

TDS and TCR are both on the next day at 8 and 8:30pm (EST) respectively, so that makes the choice a little easier for me.

Ditto on Queens of the Stone Age's "Songs for the Deaf." The whole album is about taking that drive, with the radio on. Perfect summer driving music.

Agreed on the awesomeness of Darkman, and the non-awesomeness of I <3 Huckabees. The only praise I have for that movie is that those clips of David O. Russell and Lily Tomlin flipping out at each other on that set are fucking hysterical.

The killer vacuum was Rocko's Modern Life, not Ren & Stimpy.

Ren & Stimpy was on Nickelodeon, it premiered when I was 6, and I watched it every time it came on. Besides there are few things that are more entertaining for kids than slapstick, farts and general weirdness.
