Final two seasons, really. They should've just ended it when Michael left.

Oh yeah, anyone who likes anything and talks about it is insufferable. That's exactly what I said.
I'm not a fan of musicals or hip-hop in general. It's like saying that someone who hates pop music should listen to this one particular Justin Bieber album on the off chance that it totally changes their views on pop music forever. And at least everyone isn't talking about how amazing Bieber is.
I mean, the fact that they didn't endorse him and praise him as the greatest President of all time was pretty racist.
They don't care whose toes they step on!
Can, but won't.
"We're gonna make musical theater great again!"
It's a show about my ex-girlfriend, duh.
Yeah, I fade in and out with the commenting here. It's just good to know that I'm not alone in being not hip enough to "get" this crap.
Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically.
I feel like it's a Book of Mormon situation: people who aren't into musical theater will go see it, be excited and talk about it for weeks, then go back to not giving a shit about musical theater.
Throw the snacks in a bag, and I’m a ghost like Swayze!
Exactly. One of those things where the people talking about it are more insufferable than the thing itself.
Yes, hip-hop is far too edgy for me. I like my music sung by Phil Collins, and Phil Collins only!
It's a rap-based musical about Alexander Hamilton that's "edgy"; it's "In your face". It really does sound like the Poochie of musicals. I love history - got my BA in it - so I'd be down to see a modern play about Alexander Hamilton. But I hate musicals, especially hip, gimmicky ones that seem like they're trying way…
I think… both? I vaguely recall two co-workers talking about seeing it at the Kennedy Center. But who the hell knows.
From the ticket prices I looked up out of morbid curiosity, not many. But I live in DC, and people here will not shut up about it.
So this it what it's like… *sniff* …when doves cry…
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one with zero interest in seeing Hamilton.
"The Hyenas: great guys, very loyal. Mufasa? Total loser! Can't even survive being trampled by a horde of wildebeests!"
