"Somting said, not good!"
"Somting said, not good!"
Probably going to have to ruin two perfectly good jackets to get it.
This episode broke my heart, mainly because I've been rewatching Community. A show that challenges me while I rewatch it for the 5th time- to a show pandering because I'm a fan of what came before.
I guess my hopes of slow, methodic, D&D movie are never going to happen. Guess I'll just have to enjoy Game of Thrones and TLOTR more.
It's interesting how this episode is an hyper inflated core proponent of the series. Homer is a jerk, we've seen this in varying degrees throughout the series, but what I find interesting is this episode isn't even the worst of it. Homer is just obtuse in "Homer's Enemey". He's not mean, or vengeful. I think one of…
I love Reggie, he was a great one shot character that grew into something more, but the problem with Reggie was he was voiced by somone who couldn't commit to the regular schedule of American Dad.
Maybe this is them trying to make something more out of their relationship.
Great Review Todd!
Just like the simpson…
I have to agree with Todd, Community is now trying to protect what it used to be, instead of actually being what it used to be (is that even possible?). Interestingly enough is that most fan's of community wanted to be challenged by the show with its offkilter take on popcultre. Now that is trying to please it's…
Very true. HIMYM has decliend in quality over the years, but the writers and creators know what their show is, and how to make it work. This episode is more of a thinking episode, than an enjoyable one, which is good to know that it's still possible to do.
Wow, I ate that hook right up. I was dangeling in the air while thinking that this episode was really aweful when Robin threw the ring at Barney, then the whole thing turned on its head.
All I said was this show isn't that great. I didn't say you shouldn't watch it; I could care less what other people watch; I'm not being forced to watch it. You are right that I didn't put any actually critism into my original post mainly because most people don't read them.
I'm not complaining, I'm having a comversation stating about how I don't like the show and why I don't like the show.
I personally feel Bob's Bergur gets way to much credit at avclub. I have gone out of my way multiple times to watch the "good episodes", and I still don't get it!
I was actually hoping that Avery's consperacy tunred out be true, right up untill he was looking for a message in a sandwhich.
woops, I meant ballet teacher, Chazz Busby. I always think jazz with him because he does these really funny jazz hands on extened exit sequence.
Finally a decent episode, these last couple have been pretty forgetable.
If you keep me interested through the opening overture than I shall consider it a rousing success!
There is one thing that I have noticed since watching Adventure Time, it seems like the advenutres are out of order sometimes. This is the second time that it appears this way (to my imidiate knowledge).
