Gilmour by a country mile. I'm a Floyd fanatic much more than VH one, so I'm a little biased there. But David himself was inspired a bit by Eddie, as he said as much himself in interviews from around that time.

I really like Seal's "Fly Like An Eagle" but when I was ripping it for iTunes I couldn't bear the idea of having that cover for the artwork so I used the one for the "Greatest Hits" CD it was on instead.

Of course, I'd love to see what John McClane has gotten up to in the last 20 years since we last saw him.

For some reason I'd love to see him as the villain in the next Die Hard movie if it's ever made. He could be a brilliant antagonist in a huge tentpole movie like that.

I agree with quite a bit of what he says, it's more the manner in which he doesn't. And for what it's worth I have enjoyed some of his roundtables.

Too late.

I notice he has a particularly smug, nasty slant on everything. I hesitate to call it an edge because it's the same old story with him now.

Have they made any kind of announcement about the new OTT service?

I thought he played baseball.

Welcome back.

She was almost Ripley.

He gives a tour de force in The Insider.

Terry's murder and the beginning of "Our Gang" are quite different scenes. The only effective shot of that death scene is when Vic pulls up his gun, what followed looks really bad and uncharacteristic in hindsight (Vic shaking his head, and Terry looks more like he's about to take a nap when he closes his eyes).

I'd actually start with his solo records. His first, Insurgentes is my favorite but they're all good. Deadwing is my favorite Porcupine Tree.

She always reminds me of that SNL sketch with Jon Lovitz.

At least his publishers know his dirty laundry before the book hits stands.

I give him a little slack for providing me with the amusing knowledge that my dad (who is white, in his 60's and hates rap) loves him.

Countryside.

I think Collateral is his best.

What about "Not bad"?
