The New Adventures of Old Christine had an an episode with a funny reveal related to this.

CSI did a somewhat okay job of subverting that. Melinda Clarke's character made the job of a dominatrix less mysterious and way more human.

I've said this before, but the thing that totally deflated The Killing for me was that it was on either before or at the same time as Treme. I found it very hard to be engaged with the city-wide panic over one dead girl while the other show dealt with a real tragedy where several women (men and children too) were

Kids tend to act more like themselves in commercials.

I actually have done that once.

And none of them were as good as Pussy.

I'm onthewall2983, how are you?

Any character participating in BDSM is either a perp on a crime show or used as fodder in dumb comedies.

His time was actually beaten by a comedian later the next season.

Jeremy reviewing the cars of Breaking Bad was pretty funny.

Now they need to get Cranston on, who I have heard actually has some experience racing.

I've heard that he's just asexual. I think his brother might have made that comment somewhere.

Fox used it on a lot of their DVD's. Unfortunately it hasn't seemed to cross over to Blu-ray (except the Star Wars set and the first two Alien movies).

Movies like that with names up the wazoo benefit greatly from having a wild card steal the show at times.

It's an instrument they play well. If you think about it in a musical sense, nobody goes to see Eric Clapton play like John McLaughlin, or Eddie Van Halen. And you can switch those names around and it would still ring true.

This never comes into the equation it seems. That he puts more of himself into his on-stage roles is something I don't think I could blame him for.

And the other guy seems either very nervous or is in character already.

Go to lunch.

I won't disagree with you there. Starman 2 might have been more intriguing.

Absolutely. The one I really don't mind saying I hate was Pay It Forward. Nothing in it had enough depth to make it memorable, except how intolerable it was.
