I take it more a fan of his session work?

^ that's how you do a snarky comment.

Obviously a minority opinion, but I love the Allman Brothers Band, so I'm looking forward to these releases. Plus what looks like a definitive biography by a writer close to the band is being released next month.

He's my dad's favorite actor right now, which says a lot about how his screen presence comes closer to guys like Eastwood, Newman and McQueen. Which would make him ideal for this, I think. I'm sort of into the first book but I know that the Leone movies Clint did were a big inspiration to Stephen.

Plus ideally he'd be too busy because of Hannibal.

Josh Brolin?

Somewhat ironically, C.

All I could think was that she manages to look beautiful even with her eyes gouged out.

"Most Laughable Attempt at Social Commentary" All of them?

Yeah, that was a bit cathartic. Seeing her crawl too was a nice cherry on top.

Listening to "Change Your Mind" right as we speak. Damn good song.

Let us not forget his pioneering work on Talk Soup.

"Ear!"

It should have been nominated. It did win a Grammy, which probably didn't hurt in Trent's decision in having Nine Inch Nails play at this year's ceremony.

Wes had a good thing going with Mothersbaugh for awhile.

Leone/Morricone trumps them all imo. But I'd also add John McTiernan/Michael Kamen and Richard Donner/Michael Kamen/Eric Clapton/David Sanborn as well.

This is cool. They do a better job conveying the kind of world-weary dread Fincher brings to the screen than almost anyone musically. Howard Shore came close with his scores for Se7en and The Game, but the work on David's last two films they did should be regarded in the same league as a modern equivalent of

Mogwai were also involved with The Fountain. Members of Sigur Rós have done some film work as well I believe.

I'm kind of shocked, I figured Trent would have been too busy touring this year to do it.
