Dean Pelton was my first thought, too. For a second I wondered if I had watched a different episode than you did. A much less awesome episode.

That rats episode was just incredible. I felt a lot of sympathy for that guy, too. He genuinely loved those rats!

I worked at a video store when I was in high school, and people used to rent Tornado (with Bruce Campbell!) all the time thinking they were getting Twister the year that those movies came out.

I would be amazed and happy if that happened since he's the best thing about New Girl.

Yes to Poehler. If my favorite comedies this season can't win comedy series, I'd love to at least see Poehler take the actress prize. Same for Louie C.K., even though I don't typically think of his acting first when I think of his contributions to making Louie such a great show. But really, do we need another year of

Another vote for Fight Club. I think Alpha is the worst of season six, but Fight
Club is the worst of the series (not counting season 9, which is in its own special category
of terrible).

Count me in as one who agrees with all the flaws mentioned but loves Arcadia anyway. I really can't dislike any episode where the actors genuinely appear to be having a good time, and this was the point in the series when Duchovny seemed to be just going through the motions in a lot of episodes. But not here. I loved

I remember being surprised that The King's Speech had an R rating, because it didn't have any sex or violence (that I recall).

I thought that end bit with Creed was the funniest part of the show. Actually, it was the only part I found funny. I love Creed.

I'm with this show til the bitter end. But I was pleasantly surprised by tonight's episode. Nellie is still there, but she is much less front and center. I never laughed, but I started to care about Jim and Pam again. It did remind me of earlier seasons, which is a step in the right direction.
