Yeah, I don't buy the "in hiding" thing either. From whom, and why? And Silas's modeling in Denmark (and The Netherlands?) would be unlikely to show up on anyone's radar, unless they had some reason to go looking there. It makes little logical sense. But then, that's no different from most of Nancy's decisions.

The shot of the dead kid, with the police strobes reflecting off the long trail of blood on the pavement, reminded me of the very first shot of The Wire (though Snot Boogie wasn't on a bicycle).

Don't worry about Entourage, this is its last season coming up. It'll be over soon enough.

ARTHUR: Please, please good people. I am in haste. Who lives
in that castle?
WOMAN: No one live there.
ARTHUR: Then who is your lord?
WOMAN: We don't have a lord.
ARTHUR: What?
DENNIS: I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take
it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer

Weed was in the show in Copenhagen, specifically the anarchist enclave Christiania, where cannabis is tolerated openly.

I liked how the reporter guy in Generation Kill does the "serpentine" thing and everyone's either laughing or just staring like "wtf?".

Props to Lloyd Christmas for the winning comment/scenario - and of course to phodreaw for the link that led to it.

No he did not write Beat It, but the stuff he does write - e.g. You Don't Love Me Anymore, as noted by @Narrator above - is often better than the straight-up parodies.
And how many musical groups have been around for as long as Weird Al's, in their original lineup?
I guess I'm saying, mad props to Weird Al, and if they

I was confused by your post:

There's no crying in fake journalism!

No, but they do use decimal points as the universal separator in numbers (where the proper symbol would be a comma or a colon), except for where the decimal point actually belongs, where they put a comma instead.

Thanks for the link.

Especially since, as @Cattivo pointed out above - 21 June 2011 | 2:22 PM:

@John - you're wrong, it's "viddy".

@Gentile Herpes - I guess you hate Steely Dan too.

I've never eaten at the Tadich Grill even though I worked across the street from it for 5 years, because I figured that's where the rich people eat and I can't afford it. Glad to know it isn't that good. On the other hand, if you're looking for good (or good-bad) Chinese food, there's dozens of good choices. And not

I'm allergic to -potatoes- fer crynoutloud.

Nice misdirect with the turducken
That thing they did, where they showed a couple of "This is what Max -really- wants to say & do" before they show the calm facade. And then they showed him starting in on the turducken, and do that cut that used to mean "Now here's what Max really did", but no, he's just getting more

I actually watch this show.
And I am ashamed.
Of many things.
Watching this show is the least of them.

I'd watch Doctor Who Celebrity Bowling
