I think MODOK showed when someone was explaining what The Beetle had done, they mentioned break supervillians out of jail and there was a security camera shot of him coming out of a cell.  Right after that there was a scene were the Beetle gave Dr.Doom something.

Isn't Ben 10 pretty simple though?  I mean it's just a kid who gets a watch that can take DNA from aliens and allows him to transform into them for a short amount of time.
