Filler's Tossing
Filler's Tossing
I've been seeing the posters on buses for weeks and thinking "so… that one on the left… is that a dude or a chick? I mean, there's usually a woman somewhere on the poster, but then it could Orlando Bloom or some such, and weren't there four guys in the book?
Or at least a decent videogame.
Enough to hang your coat on, but not your umbrella.
I think comparing it to The Matrix sounds a little charitable. It reminds me more of another film from the same year though: good old wild wicky wild wicky wicky Wild Wild West. Jim West. Desperado…
Oh, also, "chick"? What decade is this? Who's the president of the USA?
Put it this way: when I saw Lost In Translation, the fact that no-one had kissed her was like when someone has food stuck to their face and you want to wipe it off. Someone kiss that girl already dammit!
I seriously hope everyone's right about the bad translations. Because I read it in English and it sucked.
YES. And as though noone ever sampled Syl Johnson before. Thass just lazy.
That's the most pathetic attempt at trolling I've seen in a while. You want to dismiss him as an artist because he once did a cover version? What the purple hazy fuck?
Aha. I was wondering why Jimi of all people wasn't here. I think Tom Lehrer also had three albums, so he's out too.
To be fair, Apple did invent Windows first.
Beaten to the punch again. It SO has to be Harris.
Too soon.
To paraphrase Rowan Atkinson: "If Facebook apps can be likened to a compost heap - and I think they can - then Farmville is the biggest weed growing out of it."
Ooh! Two TVGoHome posts in a day! http://www.tvgohome.com/301…
The The - August and September (for angsty guys who take it badly)
But what a freakin great song. The Dubstar version is great too - maybe it's because I'm a guy, but somehow having a woman sing about masturbating over her partner's memory just seems less icky.
I thought the main message of movies was that that strategy only works on women. Because all men want to be children and all women want to be mothers. Right?
