yeah, he does all of Ali's stuff. He does fine work here.

My skin normally crawls whenever "doucheiness" is invoked online but this comment thread I find very much amusing. He really conveys an almost Tucker Maxian level of doucheosity in that ad.

It conveys the douchey vibe of the show pretty damn effectively, doesn't it?

yeah, the more I read about Frizzell, the more I thought I should give Whitley a listen.

I definitely plan to cover George Straight. I hear good things.

yeah, Sean did an excellent job, as he does with all his pieces.

if you come to one of these wang dang doodles
I will happily also sign copies of "Dan Brown"'s "The Lost Symbol" (which I ghost-wrote; don't tell anyone or the "author" will get mad at me). Oh and also "The Big Rewind".

Careful, guys. You're accidentally making my book sound all interesting and sordid and shit.

The Simpsons is my favorite show ever
yet I've never even thought about buying an iced-out Bart Simpson chain. Gucci Mane clearly appreciates the show on a much deeper level than me.

yeah, "Forever Young" sounds like an unintentional homage to "99 Luftballoons". I enjoyed much of the rest of the album, though.

I thought about giving this a D- based on Church giving a fun performance (Jason Jones has an amusing bit part as well) but it really is the kind of bizarre, inexplicable, WTF kind of movie that makes you wonder how anyone could have thought this was a good idea.

I was thinking the same thing.

I stand by my mixed metaphor. Like Ronald James Clontle, history will vindicate me.

And The Box. Can't forget about the Box. It's where many of us were first exposed to the genius of Sir Mix-A-Lot and Luke.

I was more of a Club MTV man myself.

that sounds a little like the "Action Reagan" sketch Robert Smigel wrote for Phil Hartman in the eighties. That was some funny shit.

oddly enough Judd Apatow paid for the parenthetical aside. He just really likes that movie. And Judd Apatow paid for me to have a crush on Matthew McConaughey. He likes to throw around money, that guy.

hi yo!

less flashy, less big-budget fare.

I'm bucking for a Pulitzer with this series.
