@avclub-ed7db929d473c5593ce0501539c6e19f:disqus If she's smart enough to hack into SHIELD, I certainly hope she's smart enough to shoplift a Sephora.

@avclub-61e626641b507015d1d403d2ecdd02fb:disqus Great. Now let's not use bullshit hyperbole and force me to unmask what that point actually is.

@avclub-e19801f9caf39bff8afc5e4548f2942d:disqus I don't particularly agree, it never really struck me as something that more obscene than any other "too pretty for TV" actors and actresses.
But again, this is not a critique that deserves anything more than to be noted in a sentence, perhaps. It's tertiary. I

Again, though, I don't think SHIELD is there. That's not my point, I'm addressing a particular comparison that I've seen crop up in this comment section and in other places across the internet.

Ward is really a joke of a character. Maybe make him more of the butt of the jokes based on his super serious persona? Coulson has done a bit of that, but more!

@avclub-620982009915db2a0b4a49e224bad30c:disqus Okay, cool. I find the direction to be sterile, and in general, a lot of the production values, to be, at best, serviceable.

I don't think a critique on her wardrobe and/or hair… or her body type actually matters. I also think it gets us into a very dangerous territory in terms of our expectations of what a "hacker" (or, ugh, a "hacktivist") is supposed to resemble. Could it not be a hot woman?

You once accused Todd (and by extension, other people who liked/supported Girls) as being misogynistic. So no, thank you for your shitty opinions.

Unobtania!

Or, perhaps, it's not a conspiracy and people have legitimate opinions on the show that differ from yours that might lead to, say, Sims scoring the show a B.

Considering that almost all CBS procedurals cake their shows in soft light to give them an almost soap-opera effect, fuck no NCIS does not have better lighting than SHIELD. Make a critique without using stupid hyperbole.

The episode was fine. It showed promise, still had the same issues I've had with the series so far, yadda yadda.

It just feels like such a natural replacement, at least in tone. Which, I guess, could be why it's not clicking with a larger audience.

"Sex is something two adults do with their bodies when they're attracted to each other"
"He's right, Santiago, do you not know that?"

This is the best show on television!!!!!!

That's also the best review for the show…

"Gladiators in Suits" is still the worst thing about the show. Nope. No. Sorry, Shonda. I love you. Nope.

"This fucking show" is what I say to myself while watching it.

Finally get to watch this live.

Couldn't have said it better. I guess that 1.6 in week 2 gives them a fighting chance. Either way, I hope it works out — the show is so much stronger now.
