I hate that about exceptionally good produce.  Like, adorable wee insanely delicious strawberries, where I think, "I should savor these!  Gobbling them all in one sitting would be a waste!"  And then the next day I go to eat the rest of my berries and am greeted by a bowl of rot.

I'm not at all sorry that strawberry season has passed here, so I don't have to pick my CSA share of berries anymore.  It's such a miserable task, no matter how tasty the end results are.

I've got about 25 projects currently in progress.  I don't like to quit on things permanently, but I'm not at all shy about letting quilt projects go on extended hiatuses.

I recommend having friends who do the backyard chicken thing, so you get eggs for free, but don't have to deal with any actual chickens.
