A lot of my faves have already been covered here, but I'll also give a vote for Mark Lanegan's Bubblegum.  I'm a sucker for "When Your Number Isn't Up" and "Hit The City".  (Of course, that album has a pretty solid 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 punch…)

That's a nice call on "To Bring You My Love".

Oooh, definitely "Angel Dust"!

Last two songs?  I'd throw in a vote for Gentlemen.  Sure, it's got the aforementioned great intro, but it outros with "I Keep Coming Back" and "Brother Woodrow/Closing Prayer"…  Man, that's some great stuff.  (For my money, that's one of the more flawless albums ever.)

Oh my god, great call on "Ghosts of the Great Highway".  I haven't listened to that in forever, but I think I need to remedy that rightnow.

Yeah, it would be hard to not have a fantastic opening two tracks on Dummy, no matter what order the songs went in.

"Drive" and "Try Not to Breathe" — very solid choice!

I didn't make it to Darjeeling Limited, as Life Aquatic was my breaking point.

It applies to redheads of all builds, doesn't it?

Someone stole my card number once to buy baby supplies.  On paper, it seems like you'd want to be nice and just pay it, but in reality?  Fuck them.  (Of course, it's moot, since it's not like my not paying it makes them suddenly return the stolen baby supplies or anything.  Everyone's a winner here!)

Yeah, the whole "having to wait for the new card" is pretty much the most onerous part of this sort of thing nowadays.

Yeah, this happens to me all the time, too.  The credit card company always spots it immediately, contacts me to verify the purchases aren't valid, closes the old card and issues a new one quickly and with no hassles.  I remember feeling terrified the first time, but now?  ::shrugs::  It's just a pain having to

Wow!  That shawl is intense!  And gorgeous.  I suspect if you've got the chops to make something like that, designing a sweater should be a piece of cake.

I've done some crocheting, but have tension issues, so it ends up being really hard on my hand.  I'm always really impressed by other people's crocheting skillz, because the most I could ever accomplish was granny squares.

The worst for getting fruit and juice on your face is peaches.  Oh god, just thinking about it makes my face feel all disgusting.  (But I love peaches so very, very much.)

If I'm going to be sitting in front of the TV for 5-6 hours every night (I watch a lot of sports), I like to think I'm at least being productive.  I draw the seam allowances onto all the fabric pieces, so it's a lot easier to get a straight line working by hand than by machine.  On the rare occasions I'm forced to use

What a nightmare.  I'm so, so sorry.

I love that crocheters go by "hooker".

How could anyone NOT love that sweater after reading the label?

I would love to have a regular Craft Thread here.  I might not be up to snuff as a nerd, but I am a damn fine stitching dork.
