I think I just noticed in watching the clip again that Bart's bag of popcorn may well have "POPCORN" written on it in finger-blood. Not sure it was intentional but I'm going to go ahead and believe it.

I really love Sean Renard, Best Police Captain Ever. He's the most original thing about this show (weirdly). It's been such a nice surprise to have him not be secretly plotting to kill Nick and make him miserable all the time, and I really hope they continue to go interesting places with their relationship. I…

Well, I think it may come down to perspective, because I would explain why it's offensive to me basically by saying the same things you said to say why it's not offensive to you. Jeffrey Dahmer was a human monster with actual victims, we don't get to dress him up like a Wendigo and pretend it was all make-believe. …

8. There's a few communities of Wesen in Portand (like the beaver lodge) and it seems to be disproportionately popular among Wesen, but they exist worldwide.
11. Juliette freaked out and thought Nick was crazy last time he told her, right before she got scratched by Amnesia Cat.
15. Dang, I sure hope so.

I really, really wish they'd give up the "real historical figures!" angle of things. It's stupid at best and horribly offensive at worst, and it would just be so much better to start building a mythology of Wesen history that ran parallel with what humans know about history but wasn't quite the same.

They don't need to fridge her… I think that trope is just so common it seems like the only way a woman can leave a story. I'd be happy if she would just up and leave Portland to get her life together, which would be perfectly logical given what she's been through. I have little faith that they can overhaul the…

I think they were setting up with the first episode when he made it clear that he regretted saving Matt even though he did it to respect Elena's wishes.

But they're also both trying to turn over a new leaf. I wouldn't be surprised if we lead up to them getting together in the future, but they need some more people in between.

It also depends on what you mean by "worth studying." I would rather people were actually thinking about pop culture than not. (Honestly, I don't know why these classes are still news. English departments have been looking at ketchup bottles as texts for the past thirty years.)
