It also depends on what you mean by "worth studying."  I would rather people were actually thinking about pop culture than not.  (Honestly, I don't know why these classes are still news.  English departments have been looking at ketchup bottles as texts for the past thirty years.)

I hope they at least go back to the idea that the Grimms have the potential for nightmarish violence and Nick has a lot of his Grimm Privilege because of that history.  Preferably couched in the perspective of Monroe, Rosalee, the Beaver Lodge or Renard.  I just like them better.

For a second I thought Nick was seeing in Ryan how other Wesen see Grimms.  Then I realized that didn't make any sense.  But still, I hope we get to see that some time and that it's properly scary.

Juliette needs something to do, I agree there.  I just wish she would have moved out after leaving the hospital, and then could be having a proper love triangle with Nick and Renard instead of whatever's going on now where I can't tell how she feels about either one.

Stefan had been on animal blood for a long time in S1 though, and he's had an awful lot of human blood since then.  He might be up to a more normal level of power even if he's currently abstaining.

Didn't the council gather up all the vervain, even Stefan and Damon's stores, before blowing themselves up?  I didn't exactly get the point of that, but it might explain why Matt is short some.

He needs someone to be his Giles… or, just actually bring in Giles.  I could live with that.

It's so frustrating that they had a perfectly good leadup in the episode where she used her vet skills to find something was different about the creature they were tracking, then of her own accord theorized that maybe creature from fairytales were real… then got shut down as if she was talking crazy.  If Hank knows,
