I remember the Racist Truck!

Agreed. Same sort of bearing.

Tiberius is not the son of Crassus that dies in Parthia. That would be Publius, who we saw as a young boy way back in the beginning of the season; who rose to promience before being tragically cut down in Parthia. Crassus did have an older son, but he would have been named "Marcus", as is the tradition among naming

Was that Lugo with Crixus? Lugo wouldn't leave Saxa! My heart, it is all afeared that Lugo is now gone too! I can't take it! Also, my girlcrush on Saxa continues to grow.

I really do feel like that's a discredit to Saxa's character. Not living for the future, or ideas beyond herself, or just in it for the fucking and fighting would not have Saxa being held back to keep from looking for Gannicus, or from the way she glared at him, and he couldn't meet her eyes, when he and Sibyl

Ahem. Show spoilers. Removed them

ITA. That look on her face when she realizes she can't tell him, that it'd be pointless, is heartbreaking. And I enjoy how Crassus seemed to have the winds taken out of his sails. I think Tiberius will be exposed somehow, and it's a testament to all the actors involved that I can't wait to see it happen.

Nah, Saxa's fanbase is growing. I appreciate what they're trying to do with Sibyl, but I think that Saxa offers a much more compelling character - Sibyl just doesn't seem to have much more of a purpose than "waifish innocent to tame the bad boy." Gannicus makes a comment earlier about Saxa being a woman versus Sibyl

Also: There is now a contingent of female archers. Anyone else catch that?

Man, I appreciate how Sax, and other characters, just freakin' grow. You know? And Craxus did lift a dude.

Anyone notice that Laeta's former body-slave was one of the group that prayed to the gods in the open snow? One of the frozen women? Love touches like that. Also, really enjoyed Kore's switch to the other team. I wonder if/when word will get to the main gang that they have Crassus' body-slave among their ranks. I did

…Actual tits? Are we watching the same show? Cause there are a lot of tits. Just saying.

@avclub-f26938e6e7b7f237898b3171c2f23a47:disqus Oh, I can't stay mad at you with your suit and tophat and pancake makeup.

I really like how they add little touches to the background characters that give them their own personalities and stuff. I any other show, everyone would just be a faceless extra until they needed someone to show up and die.

You sided with Hearst, Cy! Your opinion is not valid! (But yeah, Caesar is not doin' too shabby)

Gotta say, little touches like Saca bugging Lugo? wit hthe rope on the hsip - nice little character beats. True Bromance, that pair!

/waves her Spartacus: War of the Damned for equal opportunity nudity, male junk, and excellent writing!

He said, "How much will you give me for the family jewels?"I said "Ten bucks"; he said "No way!""Ten bucks and a Frisbee"; he said "Okay"And I took his sugarlumps and put 'em on display, and sold 'em as hacky sacks later that day
$2 is a low price indeed!

Word.

SPOILERS
There is an elder son of Crassus, but information on him is scarce because he really didn't ever do jack that was noteworthy. His name was Marcus, and he was the older brother to the much more successful and prominent Publius - Marcus also had an relationship with my homeboy, Caesar, serving as one of his
