I saw Upstream Color last night and I think transcendent is a good way of describing the way I felt about the screening too. It certainly has an aesthetic similar to Tree of Life, but I really feel like that's where the comparison ends. For one, it only runs 90 minutes and pretty much every Malick-y shot (hands

I watched the last two seasons with an itunes season pass and the episodes usually show up overnight sometime. When I get up Monday morning it's available.

I facetimed your mother
and she loved it.

Was there a mention of it before the beginning of this episode? I don't remember that. In any case, a couple days still counts as too convenient.

That moment in The Shield was absolutely heartbreaking for me. Been waiting for Lem (or whatever the dudes name is) to play a significant role in SOA. If I even watch next season.

Thank goodness…
…a magical bag of counterfeit money showed up just in time. Anybody feel like that's more than just a little contrived? And it's also lucky that the Russians only noticed it was counterfeit the second time they looked at it, giving the sons JUST enough time to pull off the switcharoo.

Jesus Christ
I'm so glad I never started watching this fucking show.

Just shot mine off. *snicker*

Make no mistake…
This movie is as awesome as you want it to be. I saw it early this year at Sundance and it had the entire theater nearly shitting themselves. I may have ACTUALLY shit myself a little. Okay, a lot.

This episode
is some of the best TV I've ever seen. I was giggling at the little parallel they had going with the junkies and babies need to lie on their side when BAM! turns out it's a major plot point to kill off Jane. Amazing misdirection. Never saw it coming. I was FREAKING out.

I was hoping it would end with him dying and then we could have Zombie/Vampire Jack next season.

Fair enough. Don't know why, out of everything, that little part bothered me.

And then Jack doesn't even take it off right away. Sure it's "disarmed" but it's still fucking C4!

"Secure your hands to that pole!"
Best line ever.
