I am firmly optimistic (as opposed to my usual "cautiously") that this series is building to a roller-coaster conclusion. This was a brilliant episode and bears watching at least two more times in order to glean all the jokes from it.

I'm very happy that Ben Folds Five is recording again. Ben is best when he's collaborating. Though his piano skills are beyond belief, he doesn't so much write lyrics as free-associate his way through an album.
