That Coldplay story = WIN

The album which brought us "The Mesopotamians" is classic. I do like several tracks off Join Us ("When Will You Die", for example) but The Else is so consistently fun and entertaining that it's one of my favorite TMBG albums of all time.

Some of their stuff was so kid-friendly and educational ("Mammal", "The Sun is a Mass of Incandescent Gas", etc.) that a kids album was inevitable. And they turned it into a trend.
