Agreed. I think people need to stop thinking of it as a prequel, the creators have outright said not everything will line up and it's not meant to be viewed that way. They're taking characters and premise and attempting something different with that. I'm certainly curious to see if they will succeed.

Enjoy Twin Peaks! Best series of all time, in my opinion.

Much better than The Following. Bates Motel had it's faults but it also has a lot of potential to develop into something great. Mostly because of Vera Farmiga at this point, but her character is going to be a lot of fun.

Brilliant season, weak finale.

I just watched the whole series for the first time over the last four months. Thought it was completely brilliant, not at all the show I assumed it was. Wonderful writing and acting, and I even thought the seventh season had a lot of greatness to it. I can imagine it may have been frustrating on a weekly basis, but

I thought it was brilliant, and didn't think it was too light. Amy confronting Krista in the hospital was horrifying, probably the darkest we've ever seen Amy. And for her to exhibit such a change by the end of the episode and become enlightened after all, was a shock to me and a beautiful moment. As much as I hope we

Brilliant episode, one of the best yet. Love when a show takes a step back from the usual developments and experiments with something different, and this episode did that beautifully.

Agreed! I'm starting to feel like Amy is going to both succeed in her mission of bringing down Abadonn, while also mentally collapsing in the process.

I completely agree. There seems to be two ways that people view this show. A lot of people watch it and mock Amy, only seeing the craziness in her, and a lot of people watch it and sympathize with her, seeing the goodness as well as the crazy. I think she's a beautiful character, so complex and fascinating and I truly

Brilliant episode with some very dark and challenging narrations. This show feels more important than ever.

The Paperboy was great, not sure where all the hate comes. Very underrated.

Wow this seemed like a decent list until The Paperboy took the top spot! Great film, one of the best of the year. Crazy and deranged, yes, but not the trash that some are making it out to be.

How did it wrap up neatly? Dexter killing Maria would have been neat and tidy, but Deb pulling the trigger made things incredibly messy. I don't think this will be the saving grace that they needed to cover their tracks. This is the beginning of the end for Dexter and Deb.

C-? This was a solid episode, in a season that is far better than the comments here are giving it credit for. It's a thousand times stronger than 5 or 6, quite a lot better than 3, and probably better than 4 (minus John Lithgow.)
