Yes, I'm a doctor.
Yes, I'm a doctor.
No goblins? Oh, I need the money…
I'm a Gilligan whore. I really didn't appreciate Darin Morgan as much until I saw all the love for it here. They (particularly "Clyde Bruckman's") are good episodes and they stand out, but I never thought they were outstanding. Gilligan has a very distinct visual eye, and he had a great way to make the familiar seem…
I'll go get my flashlight and sunflower seeds.
I was also waiting for the chomping to begin.
The original edit of it where Drake shoots him is pretty brutal. That getting edited was the worst part of 9/11.
Mark of the Phantasm is beyond great. I remember it scaring me a lot as a child, because there is a scene of Batman bleeding after going through some glass or something. It really tore me up.
The only Superman arc I even remotely cared about was the Darkseid arc. Luckily, we were in the block that showed the hour starting with Batman.
Harley's Holiday is probably my favorite, with Heart of Ice and For the Man that has Everything as runners up.
I didn't like JLU, but I was obsessed with JL. And I still think Batman Beyond is worth watching for people who have watched most of the Batman Animated Series.
I've probably seen damn close to every episode of The Animated Series. And I still get chills when I hear the theme song.
And, fuck you too.
Watchmen had a lot more problems than that going for it.
This was pretty much what I had been hoping for for the show, but I thought I'd have to chock it up with the all writers room potential episode of 30 Rock.
No one could make the dialogue they are getting sound believable. I think this is almost solely a problem for the writers. All the really close up shots of Andrew Lincoln aren't doing his credibility any favors either.
I agree with you about minor quibbling but just suspend your disbelief, good sir.
It's pretty slow, but what works in it works pretty well. There are a few real duds though.
Movie reference.
The original was fun at the time, but it's pretty broken now. You can have some nostalgic good times with it, but I wouldn't want to explore it for the first time now.
I think Skins is pretty interesting. That being said, I spent high school playing Call of Cthulhu, listening to Sunny Day Real Estate and masturbating.
