Watched the episode twice. Did Ray really say that Tampa Tim was "the brains"?

Joel Kinnaman is the berries, the bomb, the best thing on teevee.

Last Resort was killed so that this could air? After the first ten minutes of really good, interesting stuff, the story was spun out with all the sophistication of an episode of Clutch Cargo. Coulda woulda shoulda.

Best episode to date.

"Welcome back, Leftie!"

"Welcome back, Leftie!"

Joel Kinnaman deserves so much better.

Improvements are coming much too little, too late. The constant nattering. The shallowness of the characters. Season 3 will need to be absolutely revolutionary. AMC killed Rubicon but keeps this on the air.

I'd rather read about The Walking Dead than watch it.

That Boyd Crowder knows Saul Bellow and has likely read his novels with care thrills my soul.

Slipped over to Alan Sepinwall's review at HitFix and found two notable tidbits: 1. 'Ladin's character, by the way, is named Wally Beckett, and when I heard that name, I immediately thought of Moira Walley-Beckett, a writer on "Breaking Bad" and "Pan Am." Wasn't sure if it was an in-joke until Fogel used the phrase

Definitely challenging Breaking Bad at the top of my teevee Mount Olympus.

The episode was less than I expected until the very end. The emotion on the Doctor's face just as he shed his tear of joy brought the thought to my mind that Matt Smith is not just the best Doctor Who but also one excellent actor.

Wouldn't it be "toney gentlemen's club" rather than "tawny gentlemen's club"?

Absolutely stunning. Vince Gilligan is genius.
