Only 127 counts of rape and sexual abuse? It's like he didn't even try.

Bananas: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
I made my own in the mid-1980s. VCR audio out —> cassette deck audio in. Tracks included "Fielding Gets Lucky" and "Lunch Train."
I agree with written v. constructed. Listen to a wide sample of '80s pop with headphones on and you'll hear a surprising quantity of intricate instrumentation, live or synthesized. One might think Echo & the Bunnymen couldn't write a great bass line to save their lives, but they did.

I really like '80s pop. I graduated high school in 1987 and started listening to Zappa a lot when I started college, so the pop music released in '88 and '89 doesn't conjure up as many favorable memories as the stuff I bought on 45s and LPs from 1980-'87.
Bananas!
Hit it, Ringo.
Also "Keep It Dark" from the aforementioned Mama Tour.
I know "Silver Rainbow" was written by Tony and recorded by Genesis, but when I think of Phil I think of that song and "Dodo/Lurker" from 1983's Mama Tour.
It'd better do well — there's a billion dollars to recoup!

The inevitable Catwoman spin-off, natch
Directed by?
Rocca is kind of fun on "CBS Sunday Morning," although not as fun as Bill Geist. And because of his voice, it's a little cringeworthy when Rocca gets earnest and serious and lean-forwardy in his interviews.
